Greg brings a breadth of experience to the group, with a 30-year plus career in education, corporate training and business process improvement. Having the unique perspective of both a Learning & Development (L&D) professional and experienced Business Manager, Greg understands that clearly defined outcomes are the key to effective performance solutions. Greg’s work includes instructional design projects, competency profiling, financial and other skills training, business documentation and facilitation for a wide range of companies. His calm, pragmatic approach and ability to put himself in the client’s shoes is reflected in the many successful implementations and outcomes he has managed and achieved. He promotes engagement with all stakeholders, uses practical models that are easy to relate to, and provides ongoing coaching and support until the end goal is achieved.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Economics and Diploma in Education from Monash University, and a Graduate Certificate in Workplace Education from Deakin University. In addition he has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is accredited in Criterion Referenced Instruction (CRI) Methodology (Course Manager) and Information Mapping™.

Away from the coal-face, Greg can be found in the great outdoors, pursuing his love of travel and hiking, or simply relaxing with his family at home in country Victoria — ideally in the kitchen with some Blues playing in the background.
