Andrea-Collins Andrea Collins

With over 15 years experience in facilitation, competency-based training and leadership development across the corporate, manufacturing, education and retail sectors, Andrea brings many strengths to the group. Her high aptitude for systematic learning and development solutions, and ability to identify clients’ needs, makes her skilled at designing and implementing business-effective solutions. Andrea particularly enjoys assisting with organisational change, and her ability to focus on underlying issues means she excels in helping businesses with cultural transformation and engagement.

Andrea is a qualified instructional designer with expertise in procedural documentation, training needs analysis and project management. She approaches all her projects with an infectious level of energy and builds great rapport and loyalty with her learning groups.

Andrea studied Applied Science (Human Movement) and Teaching at Deakin University, and has a Diploma of Vocational Education & Training along with a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training from Box Hill Institute. She is also accredited in DiSC Behavioural Styles and Criterion Referenced Instruction (CRI).

Outside of work, Andrea’s interests include practicing the Pilates method; an activity she believes contributes to her overall mind and body health. In 2011 she completed a Diploma of Professional Pilates and now teaches classes on a weekly basis. Andrea also enjoys cooking (with produce from her garden if possible) and she loves camping trips with her family.
