Catherine Filippone Catherine brings over 14 years of experience in learning and development gained within the retail, finance and telecommunication sectors. She has extensive experience in instructional design and online learning and her passion is creating engaging and interactive e-learning programs. Catherine’s eLearning programs stand out because they follow sound instructional design principles and focus on maximising user experience through aligning the interactivity with the learning preferences of the target audience. She enjoys finding ways to achieve learning outcomes through creative digital solutions. Catherine has completed a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations) and holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She is also accredited in Information Mapping, Criterion Referenced Instruction and DiSC, and has recently completed certified Articulate Storyline Expert training. When she is not working, Catherine enjoys going to the gym, dining out and relaxing. She also loves interior design and decoration, and is a big animal-lover with a soft spot for Labrador puppies! Based in Victoria.
