Parthena Morgan Parthena is passionate about inspiring and developing teams to build a high performance culture and contribute to organisational results. Her HR generalist background spans more than 15 years, and she has a proven track record of accomplishment in recruitment, performance management, learning and development, talent management and organisational development. Over her career, Parthena has worked for both global and local companies and in the last 6 years has held senior HR positions in rapidly growing environments. Her ability to assess, develop and deliver strategic HR/L&D and OD initiatives has contributed to organisational success and given teams the capability to perform. She has embarked on her consulting career with fervour and drive and is focused on delivering value-add solutions and partnering with key business stakeholders to ensure people initiatives align with business objectives. Some of her recent projects have seen Parthena partner with many varied clients across retail, education and corporate industries. These projects have included developing leadership competency frameworks, building talent management strategies, managing the human side of change and facilitating leadership development programs. Her approach is engaging, personable and all about establishing productive relationships. Parthena studied Commerce at Monash University and is a qualified Workplace Trainer and Assessor. She is accredited in Information Mapping, DiSC and Situational Leadership. When Parthena isn’t working she likes to…work harder than ever!
